If you have any issues with your product, please contact your sales representative immediately.
If your Ably representative approves the return of a defective product .In most cases, Ably
will take on the cost of shipping. If product is later deemed non-defective, the client will be responsible for all costs.
If for any reason Ably cannot replace your product, we will send you a new one
